The Top 10 Reasons To Sack Your Tennis Coach – part 1
It doesn’t matter who your tennis coach is, they don’t have the right to give you false information!!
The problem is that so many of them do!
Perhaps it’s not always on purpose, but the fact remains that you as the tennis player is the one not getting the best information.
Here is the first video in the series that outlines the top 10 reasons to sack your tennis coach.
The whole series will be posted HERE so you can bookmark and share it with others!
Error Management In Tennis
One of the things that has come to my attention recently is the difference a players reaction to an error can make!
Now this is a slight generalisation here but what I have seen (and this is from club to tour level) is that the player that makes an error and allows this error to impact on his/her game for several points afterwards tends to be the loser!
Now while this seems obvious from the outside, when you are playing a match this is just NOT the thing you are thinking about as your racket hits the ground Safin style!!
However, if you were to make a few small adjustments to your error management you would see a massive upturn in your performances and in your results.
Listen, the fact that Rafa Nadal & Roger Federer are the top 2 players in the World and also happen to be the top 2 players in terms of error management is no coincidence – believe me!
I have a list of coping strategies for everyone to look at HERE
Check them out and start using them!
P.S. Watch this video of a young Mr Federer – even with his skills he had to stop antics like this to fulfill his talents.
